Its elevated US Forces 1913 Picatinny rail creates additional room for optics with larger objective lenses while providing a 5.36-inch mounting surface for flexible positioning. The upper rail is compatible with suitable STANAG-style scope rings and Picatinny-mounted equipment.

An open channel beneath the raised rail allows compatible factory iron sights to remain accessible when needed. This design adds optic height without completely obstructing the rifle’s existing sighting system.
